In this masterclass we will teach you how to make naturally fermented bread.
We will invite you to a welcome snack and drink, before showing you all you need to bake delicious bread. We will take care of everything you need so that everyone can bake and taste their bread in a warm family atmosphere.

Marilyn Monroe believed there was not a single problem that couldn’t be solved with champagne! If our sommelier Kaspars Reitups had lived during Marilyn’s era, he would have surely introduced her to many good champagnes for each of life’s challenges.
In the champagne tasting class, you will be acquainted with grower champagnes from houses that have reached cult level, and find out how they have achieved such recognition.
We will take care of snacks and drinks, and six different champagnes for tasting.

Vibrant space with only 15 seats situated next door to the restaurant. Oysters, tartars, ceviche and seafood plates with great wines and cocktails. Pre-theater menu available. Open for lunch and dinner.
These seats in the restaurant are for our most curious guests. Right in front of the kitchen and chef in action. Up to 6 seats.
We offer catering for private events at client’s venue.
