Juris Ķēniņš from Latvia is one of the best bartenders in the world and the author of the cocktail menu. After two and a half years in the American Bar of the legendary Savoy hotel in London, he has returned to Latvia and will work and create drinks that are an ideal fit for seafood dishes at the seafood bar BARENTS.

Our cooking style is honest and minimalistic preserving genuine flavors of the ingredient. We know our small-scale farmers and fishermen who supply Barents with limited availability and top quality produce.
